About 40 plots at two new community gardens are set to be available this summer through a partnership between a nonprofit group and the Helena Parks and Recreation Department.Members of the Growing Community Project, operated under the Working for Equality and Economic Liberation organization, are in the process of constructing raised beds and ground-level plots at the Selma Held and Janet Street parks
